IT'S HERE......Lelli-Bot Crafts 1st Challenge

My first post for soooooooooo long, but it won't be that long again!!!!

Hopefully all my old blogger and crafty friends will still be around to support me and share some love......

 

 

Today, see's the start of the Lelli-Bot Crafts Challenge Blog.....YAY!!!

 

 

I am lucky to have been with Leli-Bot Crafts since the start, and I cannot believe how fast the company has grown. We have AMAZING designs, AMAZING products and more importantly AMAZING Lelli-Botters (our supporters).

I would like to think that Sam Holliday's Lelli-Bot Crafts brand is now a crafting household name, and if it isn't, then it soon will be!!!

You can make anything you want, as long as it is made using something from Lelli-Bot Crafts.

I decided to use the kit 'Fairy Magic', which was amongst the 2nd set of kits to be launched.

This kit is black and white and is gorgeous. It is perfect to add colour too, as well as to add lots of sparkle and gorgeousness....

The Image I chose to use is 'Valentine Giraffe'

The Left Of Centre Challenge Blog isn't only for dark, punky, gothic, quirky or steampunk makes etc.....It is also for normal makes, as long as they fit with the theme. 

If you do choose to use a Left Of Centre make, then you do not need to follow the theme, just make something that fits the kinda designs that are classed as Left Of Centre. 

This Weeks theme is 'Animal Instincts'.

I chose to make something that is normal and not Left Of Centre....

I coloured the image with my pencils and the rest is all cut out using my silhouette cameo, which I am totally addicted too. 

The backing has the hearts cut out and then hearts of a different colour glued into the holes. 

I finished off using a white rangers pen to add the faux stitching. 

I hope you like this make and the image. I thought it was so sweet I couldn't help but use it. 

I think this image would be great for both adults and children, depending how you use it.

Wow, I am getting a lot better at this blogging thing again..... I am feeling better and able to make more projects, so I am back to blogging more regularly.

The Theme for Challenge #23 is.....

"Winter Blues"

.....which is a great theme for the current weather situation in the UK. Now, this can be an early Christmas card or just a winter themed make. The only condition is, the most prominent colour MUST BE BLUE...

 

I chose to use the image "Waiting For You", which is available in The East Wind's Etsy Shop....

Here is what I made

 

This image reflects the end of a fun Christmas/festive period and the beginning of a cold and wet new year.....

 

The card base, topper layers and snowflakes were cut on my Silhouette Cameo, which I am totally addicted too.

The image was coloured using my pencils and highlighted with white pen.

I have to say, I do love the mix of blues and teals in this card.

 

 

I hope this card has given you some inspiration to get your craft on and get making to join the current challenge.
